There is a $100.00 deposit required at the time of signing the contract, with the balance due the week prior to the funtion. Deposit is non-refundable unless canceled date is rebooked.

ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE SUBJECT TO 6% SALES TAX & 16% SERVICE CHARGE & $0.50/MILE TRIP CHARGE.

CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING:

MINIMUM GUARANTEES -The minimum guaranteed attendance listed on your contract cannot be lowered within 7 days before the date of the function without penalty.

FINAL COUNT - A final count confirming your minimum guarantee or increases in your minimum guarantee must be called in seven days prior. Please understand that Perriez Catering cannot be expected to set and serve more than 5% over the confirmed final guarantee.

ACTUAL COUNT - Actual attendance on the funtion date does not always reflect the confirmed final guarantees. In the event that your attendance is over the final guarantee, you will be responsible to pay for the increased attendance. However, if your actual attendance does not meet your final confirmed guarantees, you will nevertheless be responsible to pay for the confirmed final guarantee. (Please be conservative in estimating your attendance when planning your funtion.)
